Med Spa de Abeja

First of all I bought a Groupon for three waxes…
Should have read the reviews… SMH! The building is nice enough, the receptionist was very nice. However the lady doing the waxing was NUTS. Literally NUTS. She did a horrible job, despite me paying an extra $ 20, yes $ 20 for her to wax my abdomen (which wasn’t that hairy). I had to go back because she did such a crappy job.
When I returned she said «well you’re plus sized so that’s why it takes more wax and more strips» pretty much not denying that she did a piss poor job. She also stated «by the time you need the next wax, I’ll be out of here, I don’t like this place, they are ungrateful, rude and I am going somewhere better».
I did give her a $ 5 tip after the re-​do and her whole attitude changed… guess I should have done that in the beginning?
Anyway I tried to re-​schedule but as she stated, she had left, the website is down and I had to call Groupon for a refund of the unused waxes.
I wish I remembered her name because everyone should know what a rude, unprofessional, insensitive individual she is.

I had a groupon for this place, went and completed their med history and future Interest in any treatments, I put I was interested in sooo many thing and went there 2 times and not once did they tried to set up any more appt. for same services as they said that ideal i needed 3+ or offered me any new services or asked if I was interested in more serv ;(they could have made sooo much money out of me and I though that is what offering a groupon was for to bring new business. I’m sorry to say it but I do not feel like ever going back to them and getting anything done since they have no interest in my business then I have no interest in theirs
