I’ve been going to Estrella on and off for past 1 – 2 years and getting excellent massages. I have her on my speed dial and just call to schedule an appointment, most of the time it works out for me. She is also very understanding if I cancel with a bit advance notice. Sometimes things occur that are outside of your control so she is very understanding, and if she can’t make a scheduled time she always texts me. The massage is excellent and she even puts in overtime if she isn’t booked solid. Her place looks great with a new makeover and she always provides clean linens and complimentary water at the end of the massage. I highly recommend her to anyone whose a massage lover like me, or anyone who has a medical necessity because Estrella puts a lot of effort and attention to detail. Try her, you got nothing to lose but your knots! ;)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Since the last reschedule appointment, I had received no phone calls, text or email explaining why no one had showed up for my appointments that were at two separate times, two weeks apart. I have reported her to the BBB and her response was simply, «I cannot explain my personal matters to everyone who walks through the door.» Estrella does not care about her customers or the time they have wasted in order to use her services. I believe she used the groupon deal for extra cash and that is unethical. DO NOT go to her. Spend your money elsewhere. It’s not even in a clean location either

I like the skill and attention to detail when getting a massage. She takes her job seriously and will take care of her customers to ensure they are getting a great massage. For the price you can’t beat the service she offers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional massage.

i bought a groupon and was very excited for my massage! i even arranged for a baby sitter & scheduled for «me» time. too bad i was sent a TEXT MESSAGE (less than 12 hours from appointment time) saying my appointment had to be cancelled! i do not recommend this place as they seem unorganized, unprofessional, and have horrible customer service.
