Maverick Creek Villas

The best of the close apartments near campus. this one is the quietest apartment I’ve seen in general. always parking spots for everyone. great pool, full size basketball court, and work-​out room.
it has double entry from chase hill, both are gated requiring the standard RFID card. the main entrance (the southern entrance) has a column on the right with a keypad for guest entry at night. the gates stay open during the day which is awesome. laundry is in communal areas on the first floor of every other building. it’s kind of hit and miss sometimes to the effectiveness of the machines, but you’ll find out soon enough which ones are the good ones.
overall, nice chill place!

Maverick Creek is basically like off campus housing but upscale. :)
The apartments are nice and roomy, fully furnished, and you have the option of picking out some roommates to share this experience with or even staying alone. There is a fully functional rec center just in case you do not feel like getting out on the road, cycling or running with traffic you can just workout right there at home. Pool, volleyball court, basketball, soccer, tons of activities to keep you occupied once your school work is done.
The computer lab is open 24 hours, printer accesible just bring your own paper. The lobby is very welcoming with freshly baked cookies everyday and hot steamy popcorn. Coloring books galore! Nice fireplace to snuggle up on the couch and read a nice book but now that the Texas heat is peaking out I doubt this will be of much use for quite some time now. We also have a nice little living room with fuse-​ball, pool table, sofas and a big screen TV to hang out with some friends and catch up on Greys Anatomy :)
Rates are affordable especially with roommates. One-​four bedroom options. If you need something affordable in this specific area great place to test out. Short term leases are offered as well, so that is another plus. :)
