The office staff and maintenance crew are amazing! I had an easy time deciding that this would be the place to live. The leasing process was easy and pleasant. Since I’ve moved in I have put in one online service request and it was responded to and resolved very very quickly. I’ve used the business center and 24 hr workout facility so far and both amenities are nicely kept, clean, with up to date equipment and technology. Neighbors are nice and friendly, parking is super easy to find and open to residents and visitors. Hope this helps anyone looking to move!

I’ve just moved to Marquis, so I haven’t been here long, but I have been really happy with the management and staff in the office, as well as the apartment. My apartment is beautiful and was well-​maintained when I moved in. The fixtures were updated, as were the appliances, and the carpet and flooring were in excellent condition. I love the wood (faux?) blinds (instead of mini-​blinds), and the custom paint.
So far, I’m happy!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I really like this place. The apartments are nicely priced for the area of town and are good sized. This complex is well maintained and very quiet.
