This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Here is my tale.
I decided I wanted a really good sports bra for my next half marathon. I read lots of reviews, and the lucy «girl’s best friend» bra was the one I wanted. I called the lucy store Saturday night to ask if they had the bra in stock in the sizes I wanted to try on. Stephanie answered the phone and was happy to check. Not only did she check the stock out on display, she went to the back and found the second size I wanted. I told her thanks I would drive in from Austin the next day, and she offered to hold them behind the register for me. When I got there Sunday, she was working again, and was happy to help me. The store is beautiful, and the fitting rooms were clean and roomy. If she noticed me running in place in there to test the bra effectiveness, she did not say anything.
Bottom line, as long as this bra turns out to be as great for running as I hope it will be, I will make the drive out there to buy from Stephanie anytime I need more.
