Tried to go eat at this restaurant only to find the windows covered. It appears this restaurant is out of business and closed.

Good tacos but their tortillas could be better. Main reason I go is that you don’t have to wait long in the drive through to get your taco fix.

It’s better than most of the«Mexican» food that I have tasted her in San Antonio. I had a carne asada burrito, meat was good. Not rating it very high bc all it was was tortilla, meat and onion. When I order a carne asada burrito I expect it to come w/more than just meat and onion(e.g. pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, etc…). I will have to try the tacos based on the other reviews. Maybe they will make me rate them higher.

I’ve only had breakfast tacos here. I go through the drive thru and they’ve always gotten my order right. They need to work on maintaining consistency. Usually the tacos are hot and the fillings fresh. Sometimes, I’ve gotten tacos where the filling is lukewarm and dried out, like it was made early in the morning and had been sitting. Hot sauce has a good kick without being too spicy.

Didn’t care for it. Ordered six tacos received five. Tortillas were either old or store bought. Potato, egg, and cheese was tasteless and carne was nothing special. Will not be back.

Holy happy taste buds, Batman. This place is yummy! I spent last Saturday hanging out with my grandpa. He’s a bit of a finicky eater, but you can usually convince him that something with chorizo is worth eating. So, around lunchtime, I did a Unilocal search of what was hoppin’ in the area for Mexican food, and Little Texas came highly recommended. Ironically, I’ve driven down this stretch of Nacogdoches hundreds of times in my life since my grandparents live nearby, but I’ve never eaten at(and hardly noticed) Little Texas Café. So, I gave it a shot. The Chorizo and Egg taco was less than $ 1.50. We also had some nachos and chicken fajita taco to-go. Nachos are insane. OMGEE. Don’t blink when you’re driving by, you’ll miss it.

I get food here for my wife and I each weekend. We both love it. The food is awesome and very good prices. Everyone should have a place like this around the corner from their house

I live nearby. and try to hit the drivethru almost every morning! Like another review says, the green hot sauce is great, u have to request it though, or you will get the regular, one employee told me the green sauce was really hot? umm… no. But this place satisfies my taco craving, highly recommended.

Located on Nacogdoches, just past the Semmes Library, is the smallest Tacqueria I’ve ever seen that isn’t on wheels. Little Texas Café has an amazing array of Breakfast Tacos and they’re all quite good. There is precious little space inside to eat, so 99% of the time I go to the drive through. Quick, polite service and you get freshly made Tacos at a fair price($ 1.35 for Chorizo & Egg). The portion is quite good, without being excessive. The Chorizo & Egg is not greasy, unlike some other places. Their green sauce is not as hot as I’d like, but it has a unique flavor to it that sets it apart from other tacquerias. It’s more viscous and stays on your Taco instead of dipping off like other watery green sauces I’ve had. If you’re in the area, Little Texas Café is a must.

The tacos here are legit. I know that we live in San Antonio, and taco places are everywhere, but this place has wonderful breakfast tacos. I eat here pretty regulary since I work close by. Never had an order screwed up, or been made to wait an ungodly amount of time. I’ve only been inside once(I almost always go through drive thru) and the inside leaves something to be desired, I think there are only 2 tables and its insanely hot in there. I much prefer the drive thru, but the parking lot is a little difficult to manuever however thats not really their fault. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking to pick up some good food.

Good breakfast tacos and crazy nachos. The breakfast tacos are a must in the morning and if you’re not feeling like breakfast the nachos are must. Will definitely fill you up and you will usually be left extremely full! Not a big eating area inside but does have some tables outside but your better off just getting them to go. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Got breakfast tortas here yesterday. Very good. Eggs weren’t too fluffy and they put beans on the bottom. Torta was fresh, soft and warm, not day old hard. We also used the drive thu. Normally my husband and I are«dine-in» people, but the dine-in area just didn’t look very appealing — didn’t really look like there was much light inside, no one else in there, very small. I am disappointed that they are only open until 2pm, because I live near them and would like to have a close, good, place to pickup dinner.

I get tacos from here quite a bit and must say that it makes sense that they won a San Antonio Express News’ Reader’s Choice Award in 2006 – 7. The breakfast tacos are always fresh and so full that stuff falls out when you take a bite. The way your breakfast taco should be. The salsa is really authentic and tops everything off wonderfully. The building itself is super tiny, so I’ve never actually been inside, but the drive-thru suits me just fine anyway. There are a few tables outside, but I have never seen anyone sitting out there. They have pretty much any kind of taco that you can think of, so no worries if you like variety(lots of worries if you’re indecisive).
