I have been taking my three children here for five years and love the friendly service and professionalism of all of the staff. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr. Gerling the care is always top knotch.

I normally don’t offer reviews but I feel like the other two reviewers were whiners. This place is geared to helping kids remain calm while having dental work done. Our daughter was terrified of the dentist and they were very nice and patient with her and got her through the first visit while earning her trust. We’ve been there 3 or 4 times now and my only complaint is that its pretty pricey. When our daughter overheard us say that Little Teeth had bad reviews, she didn’t understand why and said that she just wishes they had even more toys! Bottom line is that going to the dentist sucks and they go out of their way to make it suck as little as possible.

This dental office is neither great or awful… For me the Stone Oak area is very convenient, so location is awesome. Walking into the office it seemed very clean and had a cool little area for kids, my son was very amused =) BUT! i was not greeted by the receptionist(she was on the phone and i understood that) so i signed in and waited to give her my new patient paperwork(I had printed it the night before) she did not acknowledge me after a few minutes so i left it there. The hygienist called us in a few minutes later. She was very sweet to my son and reassured him that he was«doing a great job’ while he got his teeth cleaned. He DIDNOT cry at all =) She was very personable while advising me on taking care of his little teeth. Then we waited a little while before the dentist came out, she did not acknowledge my son at all, just me. She checked everything out, polished a little more, put on flouride, and let him pick a toy… Overall she did everything that a dentist does but to me lacked the sweetness to my son that im looking for.(OH! and with her he cried) So in closing: Its a good place that is clean. Hygentist was great, dentist was OK. If i were looking for a dentist for me that would be enough but for my 22month old, i need a little more of a positive energy to keep him from dreading going to the dentist like i did. PS. I wasnt sure if this was a common practice or not but the hygenist saved her gloves for the dentist… And they both used the same pair.
