We saw the NP there and we had a great experience. Their parking lot is hard to find– sort of. It is facing the side of HEB-​garden side.
The receptionist, nurse and NP were great. Had x-​rays done and a radiologist read them the next day. I would have preferred same day, but it turned out to be no broken bones or fractures, so all was good.
I liked them.

We are from out of town, and my daughter had an earache. We needed somewhere that would be in and out and on with life. They were friendly and quick. Dr. Perryman got us in, out, and on with life.

So far, so NOT so good.
We went to the Stone Oak location.
The male Dr. here has mediocre bed side manner. I am also weary of people who don’t look at you in the face while they are talking to you. He didn’t listen to my concerns bc «I am not a doctor»…
Our daughter had been taking ear drops Rx by a N.P. at NC Baptist ER for an outer ear infection. We have an otoscope at home and had been monitoring her ear and things were not going back to normal in her Right ear.
The Dr. that attended us at Little Spurs, told me her ear was fine and that since I am not a Dr. I don’t know what Normal ears look like. Little did the Dr. now that my husband is an MD and he says that something is definitely not normal in her Right ear.
We have scheduled an appt. with a Ped. ENT and I am almost certain they will tell me she has a fungal growth in her ear. I will follow up here after appt.
