Guys, if you want a quality haircut by cute, friendly stylists in a man-friendly atmosphere and a FREE beer, then take your time and visit. If you want a Great Clips haircut, then please avoid them. First, call ahead and schedule an appointment, if you drop-in you may wait since these girls are going to spend 30 – 45 minutes on their customers. I’ve been going here for almost 5-years for good reason.

TERRIBLEHAIRCUT!!! I went yesterday to get my usual haircut, same thing I always ask for. It was my first time going here only because my usual place was booked. Well I’m NEVER going back! For starters, there was a guy there with his dog(made it feel really ghetto). Then the girl that cut my hair was absolutely horrible! She didn’t use scissors at all, nothing but clippers(sign of a lazy hairdresser I think). She rushed through the haircut and absolutely butchered my hair, basically shaved it all off! I look like an idiot now! She didn’t even wash out my hair after she was done(another sign of a lazy hairdresser!) My girlfriend can’t stop laughing at how stupid I look, and honestly I’m embarrassed. I asked to take my sideburns up to the top of my ears like I also do and she like did a fade. Not what I asked for at all and I look ridiculous! She asked if I liked it, and I just looked at her and was like«no not really»…but they still charged me for it! $ 25 for the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten! I’m never going back to this location, and will be telling everyone I know not to as well! I wish there was some way their corporate office could reimburse me to somewhat make the situation a little better. Would give them 0 stars if I could! Avoid Knockouts off 151 at all cost! I could have honestly done better myself with a pair of scissors!

Wish I could give a negative score. We waited in line for 45min while we watched 3 girls give 1 haircut each during that time. Then the girls there seated another customer before us who had just walked in ended up walking out and going to Great Clips in the same shopping center where they were awesome and we were in and out in 15min flat. For less money and better service– Great Clips is the way to go!

What’s the point of setting an appointment if you still have to wait 30 minutes when you get there? Then when when I asked about it I get attitude from the staff. The one 1604 and Blanco has way better customer service

Best hair cut experience! If you like relaxing haircut this is the place. Little more then the cheap fast hair cut chains but worth every dollar! I’m s new regular customer, oh and you get a free beer will while you wait. How can you beat that.

First, the stylists are nice and do a good job. Some are hit or miss, but I had found the stylist that did my hair the way I like it & have been coming for quite some time now. Sadly, she is leaving, so today 3÷28÷14 was going to be my last haircut from her and move on to her recommendation; however, the manager was rude about my being 3 minutes late. She made me wait 10 minutes before lecturing me how late I was and told me that I would not be seen today. She argued with me when I was not even arguing, I accepted I was late and inquired about when? She had not even searched for an alternative appointment for me, nothing to offer me. Do they not want to keep my business? apparently not, she’d rather scold and be combative. She had 10 minutes to look up an alternative before approaching. Customers whether wrong or right it is her job to keep me coming back… To each their own… Needless to say, I will not be returning. Good luck Cindy, they are loosing a good one…

Last year my office moved locations and had to look for a new place to get my haircut. I stopped in and found the atmosphere interesting, so I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t too sure how things worked because of the hair cut options available and I even saw a fridge with soda, water, and BEER. They said I could have something to drink while I waited, SO I took a beer. Joann explained the options and I decided on the heavyweight. It takes a little while for the haircut, shampoo, message and neck shave, but well worth it. I have always had a great experience and will continue to have Joann cut my hair. I am in the military and could get a $ 5 hair cut on base but… it’s a $ 5 haircut. I get treated great and think anyone that tries it will change where they are currently cutting their hair. Thanks for the great job!

When I redeemed the first of three haircuts from my groupon, I was told by the stylist that they would keep track of the other two and I wouldn’t have to worry about a time limit. Today I was told that the expiration has passed and my third haircut will not be honored. Very sneaky, Knockouts. Also I have heard personally when employees told clients over the phone that they were full to avoid having appointments before closing time. I asked if they were doing that on purpose and they laughed, saying yes we are just ready to go home. It may be cool to get a beer at the barber shop, but I prefer a place that cares more about the customer than about closing early or cheating someone out of $ 12 on a groupon technicality.
