I am only giving this joke of a business one star because I can’t give it any less. First let me say that I was a potential new customer who called in advance for a time to come in for hair color. I was told by Carol (the owner) when to come. The next day I arrived at my time just to see their business was closed and they were not answering their phone. A couple hours later when I was able to get them on the phone I asked for a new time and Carol said they are a walk in service salon and to come in at 10:00. I explained that I needed to come in anytime after 11:00 and she became annoyed and told me to go somewhere else. Seriously? How rude! So, if you cannot accommodate the customer’s request you just send them away? What a joke! This is a blessing in disguise and I hope others think twice before trusting such «service provider» with their hair needs. Piss poor attitude and piss poor service will never equate to a successful business. You suck!!!
