King William park has been the center of the King William Historical District since 1901. You can tell that this park has some history. In the center, a historic gazebo is the focal point of the park. There are nice benches to sit around on in the shade, lots of grass and sidewalks to ride and run on. Although the park is only 0.7 acres, it makes up for it in beauty and grace. Parking is easy, as you can just park along the street. There’s a drinking fountain that always works, and a drinking fountain for your four-legged friends too.(It’s not just dogs, cats are welcome at this park also!) Unfortunately, there are no restrooms here, so don’t go wild at the drinking fountain.
