Sorry to have to update my review. Service is still a 5 and Easton was friendly but the end product that we had made for our bedroom ended up being returned :(. It came with flaws and issues, so they came back to pick it up and send it back to the manufacturer, sad to say that after waiting weeks, it was brought back with even more issues… when you are spending that much money on a hand made item, you expect better quality.

This place offers the highest-​quality furniture, including some unique items. For example, John-​William Interiors is San Antonio’s only authorized dealer for American Leather furniture.
The prices are high compared to some of the larger chains, but you definitely get what you pay for. Nevertheless, there are still some bargains to be found if you check back on a regular basis. The service is excellent, and all the salespeople are very knowledgeable about their inventory. Put these guys on your list!
