Great people! These guys know what they are talking about. I wanted to buy on offset smoker but to get it on my back porch it had to go thru the house (at over 300Lbs too heavy to carry up a flight of stairs) the width prohibited this. Herb customized the unit so that it would fit. I am very Happy with my purchase and the experience.

just go here. really friendly, helpful. they have the stuff you need or else they will tell you where to get it. no better price on propane refills either. just wish they were open on sunday.

The store itself is pretty small, but the customer service is huge. The staff knows what they are selling and can get anything you want in a short amount of time. It is a great place to buy a grill and they have a nice selection of accessories. They carry the Big Green Egg and have several after-​market options to make it more functional. If you need a propane refill, this is the place to go!

Go visit these guys and remember what good customer service is suppose to be like. I was kind of blown away by their customer service. My wife bought me a Big Green Egg from them and after needing some additional parts that I accidentally busted, they supported me right away and helped give me what I need along with other great ideas. Don’t waste your time in the big stores when these guys have the same prices, but treat you like you should. Will go again!
