IHOP

service could’ve been faster. I had the bacon and blue cheese steak with broccoli and potatoes. it was okay. the place was clean. the bathroom was clean. Nothing too special, it’s an ihop

First of all, the outside of the restaurant reaked… and I mean reaked of sewer stench and cat piss. The inside walls where we sat by had ants crawling out of the walls. Seriously!!! The food was subpar and tasted like it came from the freezer. I had ordered the appetizer that included cheese sticks, chicken fingers, and onion rings. My mom ordered the appetizer of quesadillas and she said they were ok. I probably should have just ordered breakfast, but I think the stench outside combined with crawling ants along the walk just made me lose my appetite. I’ve been to better IHOP’s, and clearly avoiding this location from here on out. Out waitress however was good and friendly.

I don’t know if I have really good luck or I just come at off times but time and time and again I have good experiences here! Our meals are well cooked, everything is clean, our waitress was super sweet! My salad was tasty, just right amount of dressing. What can I say it’s a great location and if it doesn’t look as perfect as the other locations it’s because it just probably needs renovating, that’s all! Other than that they are consistently good to us!

Jennifer our waitress was amazing and super friendly! I wish all my waitresses were like her. I hope ihop recognizes her work ethic and hard work. Its people like her why I come back to ihop. Jennifer if you’re reading this, girl you Rock San Antonio!!!

The servers were nice but the food was not tasty and greasy. Took a long time to get our food as well. I wouldn’t recommend this location to others. The place seemed a little dingy as well. Won’t be returning.

IHOP is IHOP no matter where you are. The servers at this location were very friendly. My visit was late at night for a quick bite with my friend. Sadly like most times the food did not agree with my belly. But breakfast is always good no matter the time of day :-) Check it out for yourself!

The cooks were beyond slow!!! Our server wasn’t attentive and never came to apologize about the time it was taking or let us know when the food would be out. So we spent about 50 min after placing our order for an omelette with a side of pancakes, and an order of four pancakes. We ended up leaving and just saying we will pay for our orange and cranberry juices. That was $ 6 and we didn’t finish them or have anyone offer to just not charge us due to their lack of service! We weren’t the only table that had to leave either. We were heading out of town and the other table had to get back to work. This was our second time at this location and that only because it was the closest and we had a groupon. The first visit our server wasn’t very personable but had quick service. We will not be giving this location a third chance! We will find another location to use our groupon.

Clean Ihop with a nice staff.
I’m happy to be in San Antonio and really close to Trinity University and this IHOP is up to par with the surrounding areas.
I has a few complaints about the service but it is Ihop. So I’ll keep them to myself.

Good service and the food was much better than expected. No cream cheese though which I must admit was a let down.
This early in the morning you expect most places to be very slow on the service and food prep but we were surprised at the quickness.

Had breakfast with the husband on Black Friday. I had the country omelet, husband had the sirloin tips and eggs. His looked and tasted delicious. Mine not so good. The omelet was over-​cooked, leaving it very dry. The service provided by Brittany, was great. That’s why the 3-​star rating. Always there when you needed her. I didn’t complain about the state of the omelet. I probably should have.

Sorry ihop.
The place for a start was freezing cold so was the coffee.
Our meals arrived warmish.
I will never ever come back, greasy luke warm food.
Nagh no more for me !
