The service suck and wings. Don’t waste your time just go to Buffalo Wild Wings! The wings don’t have any meat. Just a waste of money.

Very cool patio area — good wings, good sides good value. Wings were in traded and didn’t have too much sauce. I really like that combo — sauce itself was unremarkable but vast majority of wing sauce is unremarkable. I had kettle chips with it — very crispy chips served warm. Lunch special was about $ 7 and that is a great value. Service was fast but I everything tastes fresh. Huge patio area. I was there for lunch during work but would have loved to spend the rest of the afternoon on the patio.

I went to this place to have a few wings and beers with family and the first problem is that the waiter didn’t bother to come back and help us out, we went to the bar to get our own beer, but the next day I noticed that they added a tip to my bill that I didn’t leave. When I called them to question the tip that I didn’t leave the supervisor on duty said that I did scratch out the tip out but that this sometimes happens when the customers have been drinking, so basically Rebecca told me that this establishment makes a habit of adding a tip to customers tab that they consider to be drunk and whom they think will not remember what their bill was. The foods good but unless you want to have them give themselves a bigger tip because they think you’ve had a few drinks and won’t remember I’d steer clear

Food is bad. Service is bad. Table dirty and sticky. Wings have no flavor and we tried 3 different sauces. Nothing good to say. Don’t waist your money here

I see the bad reviews but I’m glad I tried this place. We got a chicken sandwich with Ancho chili lime, a salad, parm fries, and wings with boss and coco loco seasoning. We really liked the the boss but everything was great even the waitress. We went on a Sunday evening and don’t regret it.

So we walk in on a Friday night, just looking for some appetizers and some beers. We had always wanted to hang out on their patio and enjoy the people watching. Now I’m not one to write an unpleasant review, however. We were seated by the or A hostess who told us service would be on its way. We say around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to even bring us water! We got up and left after this and made sure we let them know why. This may not be indicative of the restaurant as a whole, but the Friday night service on the 9th of October was lacking in every respect

This place did not have their act together. I took my girlfriend to dinner and the waitress did not even know the menu, she was gone for two days and did not know aboit the change. Dont go on Wednesday and ask for the all ypu van eat wings. They do NOT expalin the details and will charge for the extra wings. The owner did not come to the table when asked to talk with him. It was not a pleasant experience the main course was not fresh and the fish was dry. IFSMOKINGOFFENDSYOUDONTSITONTHEPATIO. We did not sit on the patio due to smoking. You can find a more organized restaurant with better food and staff who know what they are doing… lack of ownership involvement.

Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a book of free and the coupon inside had five free wings once I got to the restaurant I was told they no longer accepted the coupon and told me that some guy came in with twenty coupons and handed them all out and this is why they no longer accepted them I advised the server that I in fact did not have twenty coupons and only wanted to redeem the one I had I was then told they have the right to refuse service to anyone they wanted. Feeling treated so poorly I left and posted on social media my Twitter account was blocked and my Facebook post was taken down and blocked a simple apology would have been nice I will never go to this establishment ever again and would not recommend any one to be a patron of such a place. I am a huge supporter of local businesses but this one will be out of business soon if they keep treating patrons in this manner same on you.

Came here around 930 on a Saturday night with a couple people, delighted by some live music! We came for their wings and we were not disappointed! Jumbo wings are the bomb. My husband got extra hot sauce(he loves spicy and has a high pain tolerance) and he was dyingggg while eating them… so spicy! I tried one and I couldn’t even finish it. Extra hot is NO joke! Delicious, but woo… little too intense for me. The staff did a great job at recommending wings, our waiter’s name was Christian. He was really professional and friendly. Everybody there was actually. We just moved into the neighborhood and we are excited to come back!

Wow! This place used to have such great service and food but that has quickly diminished… Sad to say they are lacking the talent necessary to compete with the other chains in the area. Hot beer mugs, beer on tap is below the recommended temps and the bar service is horrible. At one time we really enjoyed hanging out here but now understand why 54th and TX Roadhouse have inherited the clientele.

Came here Saturday night with some friends, we were told it would be about a 30 minute wait for inside seating so we decided to sit at the outdoor bar. First off the«bartender» was VERY rude and didn’t even so much as say hello. Again, we were the only 4 people sitting outside and she just stood there. We asked her if we could have some menus and she looked at us like if we were asking her for a kidney. I mean geez really?! Finally after she awkwardly handed us some menus we placed our orders which took about 30 min to come out. We had the mild buffalo wings(average) we also ordered«The perfect storm» fries: soggy, fried pickles: had better, fried shrimp: average. Our overall experience was horrible. We paid our tab without tipping the idiot bartender. We will not be returning here at all!!!

I’m surprised by the bad reviews. I really like it here. Fried pickles are delicious. You don’t even need to drown them in ranch dressing. They’re flavorful on their own, crunchy and sweet, or is it sour? Either way, I love them. I used to order the two(options) for $ 20 deal but they did away with the wings option. I still get wings, just order the sampler with all wings. Still get my 20. My kid loves the sea salt and vinegar wings and I prefer the mesquite. I realize I like the rubs much better than the sauces probably due to my dislike of having BBQ sauce under my fingernails. My boyfriend likes the hot sauce and really dislikes the sea salt and vinegar wings. Don’t know how we even get along. Must be the beer and multiple tvs as well as the fun tropical décor. The wait staff has always been attentive. I usually go early. Perhaps it gets packed after 7pm but I’ve never had a problem waiting to get seated or waiting for my food. I’ve been there when the band started to set up outside. I’d like to come back and catch a live set. It’s probably best in the spring when the weather lets up.

I arrived at Hurricane with a group of friends right at opening on Sunday. We were upset as we could not order alcoholic beverages until lunch(state law). We chose to sit at the outside bar as it was a beautiful day and temps were comfortable outside. We sat and ordered an order of Parmesean Fries and began to chit chat and watch the football game on the TV’s The Parm fires were F-ing awesome! I had never tasted fries that were that good. before we knew it, it was drinking time! We all had draft beer which was very cold and was not foamy. We decided to get two large orders of wings which allowed us to get several sauces and we all shared. I thought the wings were large and much better than BWW. Overall, I had a great experience there, parking was easy, as was entrance and egress from the lot.

Ive been to hurricanes 3 times. Each time I have felt like an obligation. The food: 1st time ordered wings, they do them right. Only reason I came back a second time cause they sat us outside and our waitress showed up three times, take order, drop off food, and pick up check. 2nd time ordered a Philly cheese steak, it tasted like something that came off a sysco truck. 3rd time we were at the bar next door, 9:30ish(bars restaurant had closed already) and they said we could bring in food. Ordered nachos and wings, wings were good, meaty, plenty of flavor. When we opened the nachos they were cold, the cheese was like the type you get from a Valero or theatre, so cold I just think was gross. This place is a cookie cutter American menu kinda place, when you’re serving the same thing as a bww, our chili’s, your gotta do it right. I’m just saying right now with sub par service and food that’s better prepared elsewhere, what do you got going on for yourself?

This place make you feel like you are at the beach. That is probably the best thing about this place then food is not that good,. The wing are nothing special, but they do have plenty of sauses. The shrimp skewers are gross. It looks like they are grill with the blacken grill marks on them but they sure don’t taste like they were grilled. They were very over cooked and had no flavor. The best things we had were the fried pickels and the garlic and parm fries. The serves started out great. Then we got are food and we never saw her again. Had to wait very long for our check and just as long for her to take my card, even thought I had it out when she brought the check but she wanted to clear the table off first. I won’t be going back to this place.

Ehh, I really wanted to like this place and I’m still pretty much on the fence when it comes to it. There is a whole lot of setting indoors and out and never been on a waiting list here. Fried pickles are really tasty and the parmesan fries are a must. Not the regular fries though, there is a complete difference between the two! Everything else food wise is mediocre and way too many options. The menu is all over the place. Way too many sauces on the wings and add on’s on everything they offer. The menu will give you a horrible uneasiness feeling. It’s insane. The beer selection depending the on time of year is really intriguing and has some steady options. The service while polite tends to be scarce after a while but pretty much tolerable.

Decided to stop here and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ll start off by saying I’ve only been here once but the restaurant is clean and very spacious. The patio area has plenty of seats with shade and without. There is also a bar inside and outside. We ordered the 15PC wings for 13.99. I’ll also add that they have a huge selection of sauces and dry rubs. The food was hot and tasty and didn’t take long to get. The drink menu was large with lots of tropical flavors to choose from but I can honestly say the sangria tasted cheap and the vodka lemonade was lacking vodka. I give this place 3 stars because of the drinks and the service. The staff were NOT attentive instead you had to ask for items instead of them checking on the customer. Overall satisfied and I’m sure we will return.

This place is an OK back-up if the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street is too packed or charging cover for some fight you don’t care about(Yes, I’m slightly bitter.). Went by on a Tuesday at 7pm and there were maybe 5 other people in the entire restaurant. I like the set up of the bar, half of it’s indoors and half outdoors, it gives it a very beach-y feel which goes along with their tropical themed menu and drinks. My favorite thing about Hurricane? They have Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy on draft! I swear, I haven’t been able to find this gem anywhere and showed my appreciation by ordering pint after pint. Their wings are wings, nothing special about them but they a ridiculous amount of sauces to choose from, I’m talking at least 40. Price-wise, everything’s on par with the BWW and will probably be back when I don’t want to be around a crowd.
