There is no other shopping/​eating/​movie area in SA quite like Huebner Oaks. It’s exceptionally well-​kept for being an outdoor small mall. With the red/​white brick theme and oak trees everywhere, it’s a fun place to walk around.
Major chain shops are here: Gap, Bath and Body Works, Starbucks, American Eagle. (Jeeze, did I love coming here in high school.) Now, the best store in the center is REI. It’s huge and the staff is so kind!
As far as food, there’s a few options (again, pretty much all chains.) My favorite option is the California Pizza Kitchen. Pro Tip: On the outside of the center, be sure to go to my favorite bar in SA — The Flying Saucer and grab a beer flight before shopping, grabbing dinner and seeing a movie across the street!
