I am petite and always need things altered. I am never disappointed with the quality and hardly ever try things on upon pick up because I trust the work. Huge fan!

I may update after I get my pants back. $ 13 seems a bit steep for a simple hem, no lining. [I may have been spoiled by my neighborhood tailor in NY but he charged 8 dollars for a hem with a 1 – 2 day turnaround time.]
This might be the going price in San Antonio. I also should have asked if they took debit/​credit card. I didn’t see any stickers and or a machine, so I assumed cash only. Looking at the other reviews now, it looks like they may accept cards. My fault for not asking.
Secondly, I’ve never had to pay up-​front and only when picking up. They have a huge sign that says this, so they are clear about that.
Conveniently on Wurzbach and Vance Jackson in the Goodwill donation drop off side, so plenty of parking.

Amazing service. Very professional, fast and reasonably priced. I made the mistake of taking a dress to 5 star to get it altered and the service was horrible then I found this place and will always go here.

I needed my suit tailored fast and she was very accommodating. I had my suit back in 3 days! She did such a wonderful job. When dropping off my suit I was in-​and-​out in about 10 minutes. I’ve only been to one other tailor before, but I had a much better experience here. Plus, her prices are very reasonable.

I have been coming here since I was in high school (yeah awhile), and this shop has never done me wrong. All of my pants are hemmed perfectly, and she does a beautiful job of altering dresses. I hadn’t tried on a bridesmaid’s dress and realized I needed it altered within a couple of days, and HOA didn’t even charge me extra for the quick turnaround time. My only complaint would be the dressing rooms are a bit outdated and sometimes all of my stuff is draped on the same hanger… kinda strange. I like that they take debit cards, because a lot of the tailor shops in town are cash only. If we are just speaking in straight terms of the quality of workmanship I would say 5 stars.
