Grotto-Gift & Book Store

A really nice religious gift store on the grounds of the Oblate Grotto.
They stock a plethora of key chains, rosaries, crucifixes, wall art and much more. You can also purchase candles to place and light outside at the shrine.
I have purchased several St. Benedict items here. Nice stuff. Go there.

If you are Catholic or religious in any way, this place will be your go-​to store for all reading, learning, and prayer needs.
My grandfather, who is 86 yearsold, came to visit me this April and he asked if we had a Catholic book store in San Antonio. I immediately thought of where my husband and I did our Engaged Encounter (a weekend to «get to know each other» before the big day). It was held at the Oblate Renewal Center and caddy corner, it the Grotto book and gift store.
Of course, there are candles and holy water to use while at Mass at the Grotto — but just as important, this bookstore had everything that one needs to learn about religion and theology. My grandfather’s face was priceless. He was so excited, stating that certain books they had were almost $ 10 cheaper than they are in Maine.
He has since called me to run over there to grab some more books he needs and this makes me feel good. This book store also makes me feel good.
