Great service to be had here! Brought in a 40’s vintage machine for service after years in the attic. When I returned home, had an electrical issue (that they had not worked on) and brought it back expecting to leave it again for repair. Robert was most attentive, tried a variety of fixes before coming up with the right one, all while we waited. Left quite pleased.

Great family owned business. They have a great customer service attitude. I purchased my first quality machine from them, had it for almost a year, took it back to take advantage of their trade in policy and traded it in for a step up. Have had that machine serviced there with excellent results. I have taken it in twice for a minor issue and has been fixed on the spot for no additional charge. Hate that they aren’t carrying Janome machines anymore.

5 stars = I’ll drive across town specifically for this, and rave to all my friends about it!
4 stars = Would recommend visiting.
3 stars = Average, acceptable, positive.
2 stars = Would only go if everyone else wants too.
1 star = I will definitely not be returning.

Wonderful family owned business. They are always super helpful and friendly. I’m so glad I found Grome’s. I’m new to sewing and serging so without there recommendations and guidance I would be struggling. Thank you Grome’s!
