I’ve been a Golfsmith customer since they were in their little yellow store in Austin. I’ve never had a complaint. Until today… On Sunday, I traded in a Scotty Cameron putter and put the proceeds towards a new one. I’ve never had any issues before so I suppose I didn’t pay close enough attention to the transaction. Today I happened to look at the receipt and noticed that they gave me a trade in value on an older Newport putter. People make mistakes, no big deal. Today I took the receipt to show them what happened. They told me that since they had already sold the putter, that they could not do anything to help me. Huh? I’m not the one that made the mistake. They are. So then they find a loophole to send me on my way. Since the putter is gone, they can’t help me. I was floored. I’ve literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company and they reward that loyalty by refusing to help me. Hey Golfsmith. There’s also an Edwin Watts and a Golf Galaxy in town. I’ve always been loyal to you guys but since I’m getting no help at all from you, I suppose I’ll start shopping elsewhere.

great service! i brought my driver to get regripped and john helped me right away. he made suggestions and even did the regrip right on the spot. the last time i did a regrip at another place i had to come back to pick up my club. i also saw some great sales items so i picked up a few more items. will be back.

Pretty nice place, they have all the gadgets in here to perfect your golf swing. The system and knowledge they have there is in parallel. Would recommend this place for everyone

Great place to buy golf gear and equipment. Also FREE electronic and netted driving range with statistics on how far the ball goes and where the ball lands. Great customer service as well.
