I can not wait to see them in court (if it comes to that) They said that I needed a whole new garage door on one of my investment properties, I did not have time to go by the house and try to fix it myself, they said it would take days to order the door and install it. The next time I had a day off, I go look at the door and the neighbors had fixed it. (It now works fine) I call them to cancel the order because it is working fine (and obviously did not have to be replaced) and they tell me I can’t cancel the order, and that we have a contract. (I never signed or agreed to a contract) so I tell them that I will refuse delivery and they go by the house, drop it in the driveway and leave. And of course bill my credit card. I have despited the charges with Citibank. I would avoid these idiots at all costs. There are other honest company’s that would love your business. They have had 223 complaints on the better business bureau ‘s web site in the last 3 years. Check it out !!!

I really appreciate that this company sent someone out at very short notice when my car was stuck in the garage. Yes, it cost me a good chunk of money, but they showed up when they said they would and called a few minutes before. They fixed the problem quickly and within an hour the job was done with a lifetime warranty. I am so over waiting all day for the company I previously did business with and having them not show up or even call. Thank you GDS for respecting my time and for doing the job fast and right.

Called and was given an appointment within a few hours. The guy showed up in the window promised (and not at the very end like your typical cable company). Very professional, went over my options with me, gave me some advice on additional maintenance and was done with the needed repairs quite quickly.
