Read the bad reviews with a grain of salt as I have only had positive experiences and have been hundreds of times. I have been a patient of Franklin Chiropractic since I was in my 20’s and I’m 40 now. Dr Franklin truly cares about each patient and taking away their pain. I have scoliosis and he is the only Chiropractor that has ever been able to get me back in place. He knows where I’m hurting without even having to tell him — he’s that good! When I lived in Houston I would travel many miles to continue to see him. He is the best chiropractor in SA and possibly the world! He’s also a Christian family man. They have a friendly staff that always makes my day better and get me in and out quickly. Highly Recommend!

Worst place ever!!! The staff was rude and too busy to remember to take those electrical shock pad things off me so one ended up burning my skin leaving a 3rd degree burn in my skin. It looked like a cigarette was put out on my back. Of course I couldn’t see how bad it really was till I got home and had 2 mirrors and saw the big hole on my back. They staff totally downplayed it saying I must of had a blemish there. My dermatologist confirmed a 3rd degree burn and no blemishes! Beware they will lie to you and cover up their mistakes. Of I knew what I knew today I would of sued and taken every penny these jerks have. I’m scared for life.
