I have been attending FFL for 13 weeks and it has already changed my life for the better! I found out about the program through 2 of my life long friends who had entered into the program before me. They both were having great success with the program(which I noticed everyone who follows does) and most importantly they were happy! I was persistent in getting into the program because I already knew the worth. I have had over 10 different trainers over the past 12 years and Nathaniel Dilworth has been the BEST. He is hard working and committed to your success and makes time to see you to make sure you’re right on track. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the information he provides and has reseached the science behind it(which I have also confirmed with medical professionals). He is trust worthy and loyal to his clients. Before I started the program I had suffered from migraines and my hormones were imbalanced and I was prediabetic. I had my neurologist telling me to eat better(he advised a low carb diet & to eliminate sugar) and to lose weight(which he said would come with the diet). For years, my PCP(my primary doctor for over 15 years) told me that I needed to lose weight for my health and warned me that I was headed to a path to diabetes. I tried numerous diets and trainers and nothing ever worked. I only ever saw minimal results and lacked the motivation to continue. After just a few weeks at FFL, I noticed a huge difference in myself. I stopped getting severe migraines(that often took me to the ER& required expensive daily medication), my hormones balanced which allowed me to have regular cycles, and I had«normal» lab results! In addition to the health improvements, I have dropped 33 lbs and 2 dress sizes. I could not have done this without the proper tools, guidance and support I have received from my trainer and the fitness family I have become a part of. I owe so much to him and am so thankful for what he has helped me accomplish, the best part yet is there is more to come. Thank you for the added self confidence and the road map to successful fitness!

I began my fitness journey with this program a little over 3 years ago. It’s the best decision that I’ve ever made! This program is all about positivity and creating a better lifestyle. It’s not for everyone though. You have to truly want to lose weight and be willing to do what it takes. It’s not a quick fix by any means. It’s a lifetime lifestyle change. They provide a diet plan for you to follow and provide awesome workout sessions. If you follow the diet plan accordingly, you WILL have AMAZING results! Just in the first two weeks alone, the average person loses between 5 and 15 pounds. I, myself, lost 14 pounds within the first two weeks. Basically, if you put in the work and follow the diet perfectly, you will experience an incredible transformation. I must warn you, this is a positive energy only zone. They don’t tolerate negative attitudes or negative talk. You must be willing to keep your mindset positive while taking part in the program. I love the program so much that I refuse to leave! I met my goal over a year ago and I’m currently on the maintenance plan. My journey wasn’t easy. I had my little setbacks but I overcame them and I’m now looking better than ever. I’m so much happier, healthier, and sexier because of the program. The program has truly changed my life for the better!

I was«chosen» for this program about two years ago and at first I felt that it was an honor. I went in for my trial session, and the workout session was amazing. Once I chose to commit to the program I was given my diet plan. I was shocked to see that I would only be consuming on average about 750 calories a day. But because I wanted to lose weight, I complied. The diet was not only very low in calories, but also in carbs and high in protein. The sessions were amazing. It was a group of anywhere between 3 – 6 people at a time. I met some pretty amazing people while there and it was nice to workout with people that had the same mindset as I did. Unfortunately, some of the conversations led by the trainer were not always appropriate and most often times led into politics, race, and religion(the three no-no’s) and this made some of the sessions quite uncomfortable. I quickly learned to go in, do my work out, keep quiet, and go home. It was no longer enjoyable to me. It had become a chore. Mentally I felt beat up and I was constantly worried about what would happen if my trainer found out I was cheating on my diet, even if it was a salad. After about 10 weeks I had lost about 25 lbs. I continued to lose weight until I reached my goal. I was excited about it becuase I had been told there would be a maintenance plan provided to me, however when I reached MY weight loss goal, I was told that I had more to lose before a maintenance plan would be given to me. I had to get down to my trainer’s weight loss goal in order to recieve that plan. I was constantly nagged after that as to why I was not sticking to his diet plan and pretty much asked every day, «Was your diet perfect?» If I answered no I had to prepare myself for the 100+ jump squats I would have to do as punishment for not complying. It took me another year or so, but I finally reached the weight loss goal he had for me. A total of 40 lbs later, I weighed 120 lbs. I was a size 2, I had never been a size 2 in my life. When I started I was at a size 10. Needless to say, I was never provided a maintenance plan. The trainer(yes, it’s only one) believes you have to be ripped in order to be fit. With him there is no other way. There have been people that have had difficulties following the diet plan(it is pretty the same for everyone regardless of size and height) and upon informing them that he was going to dismiss them from the program, they would beg and plead with him(literally)to allow them to stay. There have been people that have practiced self-induced vomiting to ensure they remained at their lowest weight. The fact of the matter is he promises fast weight loss results and on that he does deliver. He does not show you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, once you leave the program you are destined to gain weight. I have continued to work out three to four times a week, but my calorie consumption is now proportianted for my weight and height and I have gained 12 pounds. So, I close by saying this: If you want a quick fix and can survive of a diet that keeps you in a constant ketotic state(VERYUNHEALTHYANDCANCAUSEKIDNEYFAILURE) then this is the program for you. But just be aware that you will regain some if not all of the weight if you don’t make fitness a lifestyle change. Glad I was given the opportunity, and thankful to have lost weight, but under the cicumstances I am not sure it was the right way. I went from feeling like I was on top of the world, to now having my wings clipped. Good luck to those that choose this journey.
