TERRIBLE! STAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION! THELADY(I CAN’T REMEMBERHERNAME) SHE’S SORUDE! I was there this past Monday 1÷25÷2016, anyway I had a few questions and each of her responses to my questions were sarcastic and rude. She kept talking to me like I was an idiot. Even if my questions were dumb, she shouldn’t be treating anyone that way.

You have got to be kidding me! First, Fedex won’t deliver my package to a PO Box, so the 1800 number directs me to a pickup location(281 and Bitters and a very nice girl helped me there). I go inside with my tracking number and she tells me she doesn’t have it but perhaps it was left at the Interpark location. Okay, not a big problem, it is only across the freeway… Again, I go in with tracking number and an older woman tells me rather rudely that it was Fedex Ground and they don’t store Fedex Ground packages there. I ask, where am I supposed to pick it up? This is where I was told to go. She then tells me, there is a location on Culebra and somewhere else. AREYOUFREAKINGKIDDINGME?! She didn’t offer one single piece of useful information; not where the package was supposed to be located or anything. What good is the tracking number then? If she looked it up at all. Get it together!!!

I love this service center. Everyone is always so helpful and willing to help. This location has helped my place of business out so many times. From providing us with FedEx supplies to holding or stopping a package in moment’s notice. They really do everything they can to help us out on our part. I went in the other day for about 600 express envelopes and was overwhelmed on how I was going to transported them to my car. The thought hadn’t fully sunk in when I heard the front desk clerk exclaim, «Not to worry» they had already alerted a driver to help me out and take them to my car! Now only if I could of taken the driver with me to unload everything.
