We went in 30 minutes before they closed and Jason helped us with printing the pictures on Christmas Eve. He was so helpful. He not only printed the pictures for us, he also helped us cut it to fit it in the picture frames. Jason is very helpful and extremely nice. Customer with a smile. Thank you for making our experience wonderful.

This place is the pits. I hate coming here. The service is slow, and they always try to ring up huge charges for stuff that they seemingly make up on the spot, and you have to correct them to get a fair price. They act like they don’t care at all. They’re slower than molasses.
The computers are awful. Need to get online? The computers are so full of things that track you that they hardly operate. You gotta pay by the minute, but it takes like five minutes to log in. They do have free office supplies, so if you need white out or highlighters or rubber bands, this is the place.
I gotta find a new printing place. This place is dirty, and hard to get to unless you cut through the Taco Cabana parking lot.

I have used this particular store many times to have sign in books made for bridal showers, baby showers and birthday parties. I came today and the Assistant Manager named David was trying to waaaaaaay overcharge me, and we are talking more than triple, for the same things I have had made here before! He was very rude and unpleasant. Do not give this store any of your business, as it only pays for this very rude Assistant Managers salary! I will NEVER give this store another penny of my hard earned money! Poor customer service with a very sour attitude towards its patrons.

I wish Tim who worked here was raised by my parents because he isn’t nice. And has never been nice.
