Really can’t complain since we found the room on Groupon for $ 59/​night when we were in San Antonio to take care of some family business.
Rooms are decent. Nothing special, nothing bad.
Complimentary breakfast was ok and what you would expect but the attendant for the dining area (I believe her name was Pam or Pat) was very attentive and nice.

The only reason this gets one star is because the Corporate office emailed me back within 12 hours. With that being said, we stayed for only one night. We got a room on the second floor, immediately asked to get moved to the top floor since you can literally hear all the noise coming from above. Then, woke up the next morning to BED BUGS crawling near my PILLOW!!! When I went to go speak to a manager about the problem, I was told by front desk that there was no manager on site. From what I believe, there is ALWAYS a manager on site at a hotel. Who is running this place?! Definitely never staying here again.

We signed up under Priceline. Lady manager would not put us up in a two bed room even though they had availability, unless we paid full price, even though their rate for king and two queens was the same. So much for customer being Fairfield’s number one priority.

The hotel is ok for a Marriott. Free breakfast is very poor. The van driver Jeff on Friday 7⁄4 he was awesome. Stayed here from 7÷3−7÷6÷14.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I could stay at the Marriott and pay much more, but why?
The rooms are bigger and there’s free hot breakfast. Also, free shuttle to Seaworld and surrounding businesses.

Great hotel with nice amenities! The rooms were spacious and clean. WiFi worked well and there’s free continental breakfast which has decent food (except the wattles). Location is great being minutes away from SeaWorld, best of all they offer free shuttle services to and from SeaWorld! The only downside was that i was not made aware that there were sign up times for the shuttle. When I had checked in, the earlier time slots were already filled so we ended up just driving to SeaWorld.
Overall we enjoyed our stay! Definitely a good hotel to stay in especially if you have children.

Love this place! The Staff have been EXCELLENT in every way… making my stay an awesome one!!! So, if you’re seeking for a Hotel to stay at when visiting Sea World, and Aquatica. Stay here!!! :)
Note: This place has a shuttle that takes you, and from Sea World, and Aquatica.

I cannot praise this place enough! Great, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Shuttle to and from Sea World (soooo convenient!). Amazing continental breakfast. Free wi-​fi and business center. There is NOTHING to complain about.
