I’ve been twice, and have had good experiences, I read previous review, and still am using cautions because I haven’t received the bill, or my last appointment for the summer from this location. Since I know I’ll be going back I will update as necessary. One thing that bugs me seems to be apparent all over the med reception, the clipboard. what’s up with this hammer and chisel method of collecting info that was on my insurance card and photo ID every time I visit. Is this busy work handed to us by receptionists who never smile, but secretly laugh about how many pages of useless information they can hand out and collect. My first two visits provided good professionalism, speed, and the technician wanted to verify with my doctor something she felt wasn’t clear on the order, I liked that. I’ve been to other imaging places, but so far I am really liking this place.

The first time we went here we were in and out in about 40 minutes and had no issues whatsoever. Our second trip here had us waiting in their office for 1.5 hours. This is just unacceptable. Only after asking about the delay did they ask how long we had been waiting. We saw people come in, get seen, and depart before they called us back. The only excuse they gave us is that the person doing our particular procedure was a little behind. More like at lunch if you ask me. Then, last week, we get the bill — the portion that was not covered by our insurance. Not that bad, just a tad over $ 100. I was going to check with my insurance before making payment but I had forgotten and the bill stayed in my bag for about 4 days. Today(Saturday) I got a recorded message from them asking for me to call them about the imaging service we had done. The tone was very obvious and the implication also very obvious; there’s something wrong with the image and you need to call us urgently. When I called, it turned out to be about our bill. I told them about their message and that I did not appreciate them misleading me. The woman I spoke to initially stated that the message is in no way misleading then went on to say she hadn’t actually ever heard the message. I stated that it is quite obvious that the message is meant to get people to reply as they are led to believe that there’s a problem and that had they left a message stating that they were calling from billing, maybe people would be less inclined to call them back. Very disappointed and will look for another provider for all future imaging needs.
