Brought the wife’s Ranger in for an oil change today. Outside of the employee greeting me, and later, offering suggested add-ons, customer service at checkout was non-existent. One employee began the check out process, and after asking my name, he just turned it over to the guy behind him to complete, and walked away. After paying and receiving my receipt, there was no ‘thank you’. I waited out front for my vehicle for a couple of minutes, and then decided fetch it myself, walking to the rear of the building. When I looked at the receipt and saw«Wash Windows –Complete», «Vacuum interior –Complete», I said to myself — That’s a crock of b — — t. Windows were not touched, interior was not vacuumed or cleaned at all. Not sure what else was not accurate on the service check list. Oh, but they made sure to top off my coolant for an extra $.50. Last time here for me. Oh, and btw, on the receipt is a comment to ‘email us on how our service was today’ I would have loved to do so, however, their email address was nowhere to be found on the receipt, so I decided to post the review here on Unilocal

I had concerns about my oil change experience at Express Lube on July 20, and I wrote a review here. Someone got back with me the same day in order to address my concerns. Hey, I was impressed. My biggest concern was that the oil wasn’t changed, but the manager told me that they had watched a tape and saw that the oil was changed. Impressed some more to find out that the guys are taped while they work. I have been a customer with Express Lube, and I will continue to do so. They even told me that they offer«lessons» on where to find everything under the hood.(I am just not educated on this at all.) Impressed the third time. The main thing here is that they were concerned enough to check out what was going on and I appreciate that tremendously.

Yep. In and out in about 16 mins. Nice job on the interior vacuum and the dudes were friendly. They’ll show you what exactly they did, prior to shutting the hood and park your car out front, so you can exit easily after paying inside. I’ll def be coming to this location and not the dealer.

Dropped my friends car off here cuz she had a groupon. Walked across the street to have lunch and they changed her oil, vacuumed the floors, and inspected her car all before we were done. Simple, fast, and easy!
