I ordered from the main website and got this location based on address of recipient. Item was to be delivered on Friday Feb 12… that night 9:00pm NO delivery. I called the main Edible Arrangements customer service and was told to call the store direct. Ok, Saturday at 6:30pm(closing) the store location called me «due to high volume we can not deliver your item today, please call us during normal business hours if you would like us to deliver on Sunday Feb 14» REALLY? High volume, no kidding it’s Valentines — you are a gift delivery service. Sunday, Feb 14 I call the local location and get put on hold the first tim 12 minutes no one checked back. I hung up called back– out on hold 6 ½ minutes, called again and told the girl DONOT put me on hold which she didn’t, but the MANAGERDID. This place is HORRIBLE and has NOCLUE. Worst experience ever. Look at all the one star reviews!!!

Yesterday was my nieces birthday. I spent $ 70 for a surprise two days prior. I even established a time over the phone stating after 5pm. Sure enough, she never received her present that day. When I called this shop they said no one was home which was a lie because the whole family waited for the surprise for 4 hours which stalled my nieces remainder of her birthday. I asked for a refund which I received and that was it. Never again will I make a purchase from this area.

I started my order online at around 11am and got a confirmation at 3:15 that they already delivered it! I was worried that it might get there too late or maybe they can’t deliver the same day anymore but they did a great job!

I found this San Antonio Edible Arrangements store online and it was the closest one to my daughter’s address, so I ordered an expensive arrangement to be delivered the day before her birthday. Well they did try to deliver on the day I chose — but not until late in the afternoon(even though they said the driver would be there in the morning). My daughter had to leave at noon and when she returned home there was a note so she called the store but got a machine that said the store would be closed until Monday. The next morning I called the store and they said they were not closed and had already sent the arrangement out for a second try at delivery. They said they had told the driver to make it his first stop and he would call my daughter just before arrival. I thought that would be fine because my daughter said she’d be home until noon. But at 5pm S.A. time — my daughter called to tell me the arrangement STILL had not arrived and she had stayed home waiting for it all day. I again called the store but they were now closed. I called the following Monday and the manager was completely rude and said I should call back when I wasn’t so upset. I finally just cancelled the order. I will never use this store again and strongly suggest that you don’t either. Not only do they not deliver the arrangement when they say they will — but then they don’t care — no apology or anything for ruining my birthday surprise to my daughter and ruining her birthday by having her stay home all day to receive an arrangement that never came. I also went on the Edible Arrangements national Website and wrote a complaint — but no one even followed up with me. From reading the other reviews on this store everyone else has had the same experience. Oh well… I’m certain this store won’t be in business long!

There were tons of advertisements and promotions out to use Edible Arrangements for Mother’s Day. I went through their website, on which you select your nearest EA shop to whom you’re delivering the arrangement. I selected this location and was going to surprise my mom. She wasn’t expecting anything at all, so I asked her if anything had come to the house and she got real excited. Come to find out it never showed and I never got any sort of notification before or even after the delivery date(Mother’s Day). The following day I tried and tried to no avail to get ahold of the store. It wasn’t until 2 days after I called and simply asked for a refund, to which they surprisingly had no questions at all. As if they had been getting calls for refunds all day long. Furthermore, they never offered any sort of explanation as to what happened to my mom’s gift. The manager will be processing the refund tomorrow and they said to expect the refund 3 – 5 business days later. I hope the manager or some representative will eventually call to offer some sort of apology, but they didn’t ask me for a call back number so I don’t see that being very likely. The only good thing I can say about this business is the one person I did speak to was perfectly nice and was happy to give me my refund as requested.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife for her birthday and ordered for it to be delivered since we wouldn’t be able to be together that day. It was never sent! I was never notified! Although I was quickly charged for it when I placed the order. When I called they offered to deliver it tomorrow or another date and refund the price of bananas! What an insult like her birthday is tomorrow and keep your damn bananas. Thank you edible arrangements for helping people feel special on their birthday! But not really.

The service at this store has been horrible. They knew they were not able to fulfill my order a week before I was to pick it up but didn’t bother to call me. I requested to have the manger call me on 2 occasions and was never responded to. Will not use this location again
