Great people, easy to work with, fantastic customizations, and very friendly. I went in for an engagement ring, hardly knowing what I was doing, and they helped me understand what I really wanted without up selling. Post purchase service remains excellent as well.

Walked in to get high end sport watch battery replaced and was told guy who could do it was not in. I also was told that it would be $ 75 for them to replace the battery. I went across the street to Radio Shack and had the battery and replacement done for $ 6.50. Don’t really know how they come up with their pricing but it did not make sense.

Make sure you come in your best clothes. If you don’t the staff will ignore you. When you do force one to talk to you its brief and they try to get away from you as soon as possible. I had a piece of jewelry repaired here. They claimed they could do it and when I got it back it looked terrible. The owner Mr. Dennis came out and he seemed impartial to talk to me. They should have told me they couldn’t do the work properly and I would have gone somewhere else. Which I did once I got it back from Dennis Jewelry and they fixed the damage they did and make it look brand new.
I only gave it two stars and not one because there is a woman there I think her name is Donna. She is older and such a nice person. She is their saving grace. I always looked for her when I had to go in there. The last time to pick up my piece she wasn’t there & the woman gave me my jewelry & then turned her back on me and walked away. Horrible customer service. I didn’t share my distaste for them while I was there. I was pleasant so I don’t know why I was treated this way. Oh well they lost a potential customer.

Getting my bling cleaned! I can always count on my them to inspect & clean my jewelry when I need it. Very attentive and knowledgable staff. I have always had great customer service here. Can’t wait to buy a new piece soon! :)

Love this place. The jewelry is just fantastic and the service is very good. Prices are high but these folks are serious about jewelry. This is where I go when I really need the good stuff, not the mass produced rubbish at lower end stores.

I recently decided, rather than allow some jewelry pieces to continue to collect dust, to take them to a jewelry shop to have them reconfigured instead. After evaluating a slew of jewelry shops in the area, I decided on Dennis to do the work. The first sales rep wasn’t all that competent so I asked for someone else and he was impeccable, even brought out the jeweler from behind the glass window — woooh — who worked with me on the spot to conceive a solution. Together, they instilled confidence and integrity, I liked their ideas, and, after haggling over the price until it was where I wanted it, I pulled the trigger. Though they took nearly 2 weeks longer to do the work than estimated, the workmanship is very good and quality over speed in this circumstance was my preference.

The selection was okay but they didn’t have anything I wanted — only one piece came close but the person helping us didn’t bother to write down our selections so I guess they didn’t care too much to try and get our business.

I don’t have a lot of experience with jewelry stores, but as far as I’m concerned, these guy are fantastic.
Dennis custom made my engagement ring. We wanted it to be a copy of the ring my fiancé proposed with, which was a cheapo $ 25 thing from Nomadic Notions. Well, he made it, but I can’t call it a copy. Dennis elevated the design to magnificance!
Also, the service is really great. I just had it resized, free of charge, and anytime I want it polished I just stop by. They even remember my name!

When I walk into Dennis Jewelry, I feel like part of a whole new experience of living. The sparkling showcases up against the pretty wood is like a forest of diamonds and jewels awaiting my discovery.
The service is topnotch. They know everything about what I want. I say I would like a 1940’s looking princess cut and they show me my dream ring.
It is just too darn bad that I can’t afford anything close to what they are asking. I know that they only pick the best of diamonds and watches but something tells me that they up the price by 20% just because of the environment.
Who wouldn’t? I could spend all day in Dennis and maybe all of my money, too.
