TERRIBLE service!!! Had to keep calling and I stopped by 5 times each time I was told it would be done. When my ring was being sized. And each time it was either done wrong or hadn’t even been even touched!!! After it was FINALLY RIGHT ON THE 6th time. They promised me a $ 50 gift card. Which I still haven’t received 5 months later. During that 5 months I called and left messages MANY TIMES to speak with the manager about the gift card and poor customer service .Just a scam!!!

My ring needed repair and replacement of diamonds. Kacy is amazing and the jeweler repairman made my ring look like new after almost 20 years! Patient and helpful, and fast!
