I do like The store, and kids clothes prices are awesome. I just think when I go into a store the employee s and management needs to hv some kind of personality, bordering rude treatment. 1st thing after opening and they already acting like it wld hurt to smile at me. I’m dropping $ 100.00 in ur business and even the manager had his head up his butt. Standing there with his arms crossed and only register open is returns and she is doing both. And 5 – 6 peeps in line just kinda turned me off. Really bad customer service

A mini Ross. Nice store with lots of discounts and great deals/finds. Prices are great for items being brand new. Hate that there is no public restrooms hard for kiddos to understand that! Also, carts don’t go outside so if you plan to buy alot like me it’s a struggle to take out to your vehicle. Other then that it’s great store BUT they will hold your bags… my guess alot of shoplifting!

I had never been there before. I went by on a Thursday about lunch time looking for Christmas gifts. I start looking around the store its seems very nice and clean. It was very disappointing that I was never greeted or ask if I needed any help. There was a few employee’s walking around with their head down looking at their cell phones. I only got one smile from an employee that so happened to be the Manager. I headed to the back of the store towards the dressing room to try on a dress. There was employee by the dressing room door. She seemed disturded that I needed assistance and spoke to me very rudely. They want our business but unfortunately can’t provide a public restroom for their customers. I gave them 3 stars only because of the merchandise available in the store. This store need to extremely work on thier Customer service and add public restroom. They didn’t get my business because of the two item they are lacking.

DD’s is a convenient discount store similar to Ross where you will find clothes, household goods, children’s toys and accessories at deep discounts. I’m not sure if this is on purpose but they have rows and rows dedicated to plus sizes for men and women. That might set them apart from other discount stores. I found great deals throughout the store from $ 3 table mats to a $ 12 purse that was to die for. I had previously bought a purse here that was a showstopper. Strangers would ask where I bought it. No settling for boring fashion. They have a variety of wallets, pocket books, bed spreads, curtains, shower curtains, rugs, and more in nice colors. They are located next to Chuck E Cheese and there’s plenty of parking. If you plan on filling bags with your purchases, keep in mind that you can’t take the carts outside of the store. I hate that! So they get 4 stars for not even offering to help lug my bags to my car and for a few dirty items(as with all discount stores). Otherwise, this is one of my top discount stores to go to.
