We stayed here when our son graduated AF basic training. We got an amazing rate on the room and it exceeded our expectations. Really clean, nice breakfast, the staff is very attentive. We will definitely stay there again.

I was about nervous about booking this hotel after reading some of its reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was great and the service was extraordinary. All of the staff members we came in contact with were friendly. On our first night we requested extra pillows and towels and manager Ms. Patel gladly provided us with them. She was very friendly and told us to let her know if we needed anything else at all. The room was spacious and clean and the ac worked perfectly. We had a larger than mini sized refrigerator, a microwave, and even a safe to store our valuables in. Breakfast was really good as well. They provided 2 different kinds of waffles, toast, raisin bread, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, apple & orange juice, fruit loops & corn flakes, milk, coffee, yogurt, and oranges. The eating area was kind of small and right in front of the check in desk. It was never over crowded but I can see how maybe during the busier summer season it may be. However, Ms. Patel told my husband that they will be remodeling the lobby and expanding the breakfast area so maybe in the near future this won’t be an issue at all. The only con was the pool, it wasn’t the cleanest, there were a few bird feathers in there and it’s very small and right next to the parking lot. But my 3 yr old found nothing wrong it and had a blast. Also, they offered a shuttle to SeaWorld for $ 5 a person. We opted to buy the discounted $ 15 parking pass from the front desk instead. We had a great experience, would definitely recommend it, and will be returning here on our next trip to San Antonio.

Great place with decent breakfast. Clean and just remodeled. New Big screen TV, microwave and hair dryer are available in a room.

Won’t go back! Booked this hotel through Texas Tourism, will not go back. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. We booked queen bed and got full, room for 4 people but only 3 towels be careful if you need a towel or wash cloth because they are the same ones they use to clean the rooms with and you may or May not get any, carpet was ripped off the wall and had a 12 inch cut in it that my 21 month old try playing with by pulling the carpet padding out, we walked without shoes on and our feet turned black. The bathroom was unclean, hair on the floor along with dirt. Pool had trash in it, I understand it’s an outdoor pool, but you need to clean it more often than once a week. Breakfast was ok but they only had one worker for the desk and breakfast, not to mention their family would come in and eat the customers food.

Horrendous hotel! I would not stay here again unless the homeless shelters are full. The bathroom sink was slow and had a sewage smell about it. There was no microwave in the room although that is what the website promised. Expect a very minimal function television remote, the battery cover was missing from ours even though a piece of tape would have remedied the situation. The party we were with tried to get extra pillows and blankets for their guest but were told that the hotel was OUT! We didn’t actually use the pool but if you come, expect one the size of a large whirlpool. The few pros that I could come with are: At least we found no bedbugs, The free breakfast was adequate but don’t expect any meat, The free wifi worked well, I’m using it now, The A/C worked well and, The water pressure & temperature were fine.

Ive stayed in many motels in the San Antonio area, and was delighted to find Days Inn on Loop 410. Strong free wifi, free continental breakfast. Cleanliness and service were on the par of a luxury hotel instead of an ordinary motel. The manager Ms. Patel was most gracious and helpful, as were the rest of the front desk clerks. It is evident throughout the motel that the management cares. I absolutely recommend this motel for all travelers.
