Bed Bath & Beyond

Everyone was nice but not ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE know what they were doing. I was trying to order something and fortunately I am an employee of the company so many had to walk an employee through an order. Then I stood in line because an employee couldn’t figure out my coupon and instead of admitting she had no idea what she was going, she made up something to make it look like she didn’t nothing wrong. So finally 15 minutes later a manager shows up and fixed things that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.

Ok, we went in to register for our upcoming wedding. The service was outstanding, the girl who was helping us (I hate that I can’t r member her name) was so nice and even walked through the store with us for a little while. After she left us there were other associated who offered us assistance as well. The only two complaints I have Is that the store is smaller than other Bbb locations so there was less selection and we will have to go to a new Bbb to finish, and that there was a mistake on our log in info so we can’t edit our list still and it has been over 24 hours. Over all though it was a good experience.

Many things you can buy here. From kitchen items to bathroom, curtains, comforter sets hence the name bed bath and beyond. If you come to the store you have to take your time and go through it all it’s amazing and if you just browse you can get ideas of how to organize in your home.

Two of my wonderful friends are getting married in two months and registered at Bed Bath & Beyond, so I thought I would stop in this past weekend to purchase their wedding gift. This was my first time visiting this location and my boyfriend and I had to stand in line for a few minutes at customer service, however we were incredibly surprised by the AWESOME level of service we received! The cashier printed out the registry for us, and took the time to explain how to find the different items in the store. Normally whenever I ask for a gift registry the store associate just hands me a stack of paper and it’s like a treasure hunt, but this was incredibly easy. The registry list is broken up by sections of the store. When we couldn’t originally find the item we were looking for, a store associate found the item for us in less than five minutes. As we were paying, the same cashier from before told us about the complimentary gift wrapping station that they have (say WHAT?!? complimentary? yes!!). We walked over and there was a nice table with wrapping paper, gift boxes and bags, tape, scissors and even ribbon and tags! This was free?!? I’ll definitely buy more gifts from here! I can’t describe how nice it was to bring home the gift already wrapped. Thanks Bed Bath & Beyond!
