Service was really good. Got the chicken strip basket and an Oreo blizzard. The basket was so good, the gravy makes it THAT much better. The toast was The Oreo blizzard was full of Oreo chunks, and wasn’t runny at all. No complaints from me, my experience with this Dairy Queen was great.

I had a craving for the Pumpkin Pie blizzard, which is the only time I ever get blizzards. I’m not from Texas, but this location was closest to my hotel. After ordering, we got our blizzards and they were piled with whipped topping. I’m not a huge fan of whipped topping so I attempted to eat around it. After taking a couple bites, I realized that it tasted like vanilla ice cream — nothing like pumpkin! There were a couple graham cracker pieces and the ice cream had a slightly orange tint at the top, but it was definitely not the pumpkin pie blizzard I have had at every other location! I was very disappointed.

Had been searching for a Dairy Queen that still made burgers the old way(no re-heating previously cooked food in a microwave). Guess what? I found one at Jackson Keller and West Ave. The Beltbuster was hot juicy and filled with fresh fixings. The fries were hot and tasted great with DQ“s ketchup. The people there were friendly and went out of their way to please. So many old memories of the way a hamburger should taste. Take my advice, visit this DQ. You will not be sorry. Bring the kids and tell your friends. I had a small soft serve cone for dessert and left this restaurant smiling. I can’t wait until tomorrow…

We must have gotten lucky based on the other reviews, but we arrived 10 minutes before close and not only were the associates friendly, but the food was hot and the fries crispy.

This DQ is really run down. It needs a major facelift. I typically love DQ for there ice cream but this one doesnt make it right. Every DQ I’ve been to has blended their blizzard perfectly and been generous with the candy flavor I choose. THISDQ on the other hand only blinded it half way down and put very little of the Reese, that I LOVE, in my blizzar… Not recommended… for that mid summer day ice cream craving!

Forever! This DQ is right down the street from me so its convenient but there speed is slow. my husband and i waited and waited and waited for our meal which was 2 Texas meal deals. when we finally got our food, the blizzards and the drinks were smashed in the 2 cup cup-holder. i posted a pic of that. if this DQ is really that cheap to just bag the blizzards or give us another cup-holder, that would be ok.
