I recently got a new vehicle and wanted to upgrade my sound system in it. I went to multiple custom sounds to get quotes and this location gave me the only quote that made me feel like they actually listened to what I wanted instead of just giving me the most expensive gear. I purchased my upgrade from them and the install was very clean and sounds great!!! Within the first week I had a glitch with my head unit and they were more than happy to swap my radio out with a brand new one, no questions asked.
