Bummer is that he’s not accepting any new clients. What’s the point of the reviews?

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Horn since the 1980s. We love him and his caring staff. The comment about Dustin the PA is right on; he’s very thorough. Both are conservative about prescribing meds, which I like. When the body will do fine on its own, they let it. And patient with my zillion questions.

I only see Dr. Horn when it comes to lady probs, but he’s a fantastic physician regardless. Dustin Deemer, the PA, always takes care of my day-​to-​day medical needs like my asthma, allergies, occasional colds, and anxiety issues. He’s very kind and a good listener. Extremely professional and their follow-​up is great. They always call a day or so after I visit, just to make sure I’m feeling better. They often call in my scripts too, which is really convenient. The office itself runs on schedule like no other dr’s office I’ve ever visited. I never wait more than five to ten minutes in the waiting room. They often take me in on a same-​day call. The receptionists are really friendly and the medical assistants are very attentive. I highly recommend this office.

I rarely see Dr. Curtis Horn very often. I usually work with Dustin.
He’s very professional and thorough. His hands are warm.
I’ve never had to wait more than about five minutes in the waiting room.
The receptionist was very competent when it came to getting my prescription.

Call into work, call doctor… ahhh you can fit me in this morning. Crap. Guess I have to go to work after. I don’t remember if I have ever made an appointment in advance. It’s usually «I’m dying please will you fit me in» call and they always do. I see Dustin most of the time and every time no matter why I’m there he checks all vitals and reviews my history. He always ask me to call just to let him know how the medicine is working out as well. What other doctor cares after you have paid and walked out the door. When it comes to medical care, I’m spoiled, my dad is a doctor. Dr. Horn is now my primary doctor. I picked him because his office was close to my home at the time. The office feels like an old fashioned doctor’s office, which is okay. I’ve found that Dr. Horn and his staff are always quick to respond to my needs. It seems that we always fall ill at the most inopportune times. Dr. Horn’s office always finds a way to fit me in and get me taken care of. Further, they call to follow up to make sure you’re doing well after the visit. Not just the office assistants, which would be agreeable, but also the Dustin, the PA. I really like the people here, they’ve taken great care of me, they get to me quickly and I feel well cared for. I feel great about recommending Dr. Horn and his office to anyone looking for a family care doc.
