Best Al pastor I have ever had! I use to eat here 3 – 4 days a week when I lived in SAT. Miss this place so much! For some reason this location is the only one in which I really like!

Great place for barbacoa on Sunday. Besides just being a meat market, they sell produce too. If you don’t feel like standing in line for a pound or two of barbacoa they also have a taqueria inside as well. Overall the food is great and the choice of meats are good too.

We’ve lived in San Antonio for nearly 9 years. When we want to purchase authentic Mexican food to prepare at home, Culebra Meat Market 22 is our go-​to store. They layout reminds me of supermarkets in Chihuahua, Mexico, I went to as a kid with my abuelita. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything here is good.
