Alienware laptop got the black screen of death. Problem was diagnosed in less than 5 minutes; bad GPU. Got a call in 3 hours to come get the machine. Was repaired and even had new software installed for next to nothing with a 1 year warranty. Will be using this place for all my pc repairs from now on.

Incredible service. I stopped by on a quick business trip with a 2-​year old Toshiba laptop that suddenly would not turn on. Not only did he immediately take the laptop apart and fix the problem in under 10 minutes (stopping the work that he was doing on something else to do so), but when I asked how much it would be, he said «whatever you think is fair.» I tried to pay him but only had a credit card, and when I asked where an ATM was where I could get cash, he said not to worry about it, and wouldn’t hear another word about it. Truly could not recommend highly enough.

Awesome service! My laptop had multiple issues, and he diagnosed it on the spot. Turns out my computer was dead, but he had another laptop that he sold to me for an excellent price: $ 160! The new laptop had a lot more features than my original, and he gave a one-​year warranty. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable repair man!
