Church’s Chicken

This Church’s has horrible customer service. They sent out the cook with my order covered in flour and he didn’t even say anything to me even when I said thank you. Realizing my order was wrong which wasn’t the first time, I went back. They literally took the extra sandwiches THEY accidently put in my order and took them out and threw them away when I asked them for the correct side of mac and cheese instead of the mash potatoes that they put in my bag. I was mad when I had to go back but they made everything a millions time worse. Never going back.

I’ve been to this location over the years as it is in my hood. But lately, their service has been slipping. I’m not a big fan of Church’s, but I come here because it’s convenient. The past two times I’ve been here, they have messed up my order. And you know when you go get your food, and you get home and get comfy to eat, you don’t want to get back up and get back in your car, and head back for what they messed up on. That’s why there’s a telephone number to talk to someone, right? Evidently, not here. They have like six people working at any given time, and you mean to tell me, ONE person can’t pick up the phone? The staff looks like they can do their job, but come on. Get it together, staff.
