Be careful with this store — owners are very dishonest. Staff has some issues with English, but the lady tried very hard to be of help. I appreciated her efforts. The store has some truly exquisite stuff. I’ve always enjoyed coming in here. Prices are slightly high but not over the top. The problem: I bought a beautiful tin Christmas tree lamp and had it shipped. It arrived broken($ 40 shipping charge on top of it all!). When I called the store, I was told the owners would get back to me. I left my number. Two days later, I called again and was told the same thing. Three more calls over the subsequent week and NOCALLBACK from owner. Fortunately, a friend of mine rewired the lamp for me. I paid with a debit card and had little recourse unless I sent lamp back at my own cost. These people obviously thought I was a tourist as I had the item shipped. What they don’t realize is I do business in San Antonio on a regular basis and still plan to confront them. I find people who do business like this to be incredible sleazeballs. They do not deserve to have an ongoing concern. Do not patronize this store.

Walked by here when they were closed for the day and had to stop back and check it out. Cool store located on historic Houston street. They have a variety of furnishing’s and home décor items in styles of mexican, spanish and southwestern. Nice stuff about average pricing. Staff was helpful, friendly and not pushy. Nice to browse about and maybe find something you were not looking for.
