Burger King

I went through the drive through and got a salad. Came back to work and barely got dressing on it to notice it was brown. I called and asked to speak to the manager and said ma’am I just bought a salad from there and it was brown. She got defensive and said, the salads just came out of the refrigerator and it is not brown. I am upset because 1. I was hungry just coming from a meeting, and 2. How can she tell me a salad I am looking at is not brown??? I took picture and I will be mailing them to someone at this point. I rarely go to burger king and at an attempt to eat healthier I stopped to get a salad and this is what I get. An already long wait time, and attitude! I don’t knock where anyone works but if you work in customer service I am not saying you have to be overly nice but dang. NEVER going there again, and I will right as many reviews as needed to let people know how unprofessional this place is! The manager was Tricia Vega!!! I tried to locate the general manager Peter Campos with no luck.

This place is a disaster. First they gave me a burger with nothing on it but meat and bread when I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger hello where’s the bacon. Then my daughter got a raw burger yuk yuk yuk told the manager then I was given two burgers to make up for the bad ones I got in the first place and they were so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. I will never go back to that nasty place.

This place is horrible. we’ve been waiting for our food for 15 minutes. don’t think they have enough people working on shift. ugh!

Call me old fashioned, but when you take my order the attention should be on me. NOT your boyfriend in the lobby. The cashier had to keep leaving her guy to go behind the counter where she belongs to take my order. She was so busy looking at him I had to request order twice. I asked for a small drink, was given a large cup. Cashier again goes to lobby and leans on guy. Then back to take another order. Brings guy and his friends ice cream they didn’t pay for. Cold fries,

Which ever Burger King that is connected to the gas station. DISGUSTING!!! Bathroom was DISGUSTING! (If only I could underline this to show emphasis) I had no choice but to go. One stall was out of order and sign stated «do not open». Well the other stall wasn’t any better I’m assuming. Toilet paper roll not in proper bin, had questionable stains on the side, good thing I was only there to pee… didn’t bother trying to buy anything from there since they don’t care about bathrooms I can’t imagine what else they don’t care about. Yuck!
