I was rudely greeted when I walked in. No one bothered to get up and offer me help or see if I was looking for something. I also felt very uncomfortable like I was being watched the entire time. This place is big and has a lot of stuff. I thought stuff was too expensive. They had a lot of Japanese style stuff. These huge cabinets with dragons on it. I would not waste your time here.

Old products rock. Old products being sold by people with the same quirky style as myself rock even more. This place had some great furniture and decoration items that would feel at home in any hipster’s urban industrial loft. The showroom is enormous and jam packed full of items. There are no complaints about the selection. The items were mostly mid-century modern pieces or southwest influenced pieces. They all seemed to go together very well with each other even though they differed in artistic components. The prices were reasonable as well and I felt most of the products were in great condition. The shopkeepers really didn’t stock any run down or broken pieces. This place is great and I would highly recommend shopping here for some statement pieces for your living quarters.

This is a really neat place. They have some really humongous pieces of furniture that must have come out of some old-time baronial haciendas or somewhere like that. Although there’s a lot of southwestern décor, there are lots of other things to see. I found a Delft plate in mint condition to add to my collection(my husband is Dutch) for under $ 10, which is outstanding. It’s a really big store. I agree with Fawn that the women’s face plaques are a bit unsettling! but fun to look at. This is a must-visit next time I’m in San Antonio.

Broadway and 9th Antiques has one of the best locations downtown. We have passed by for awhile admiring their window chair selection which was the cause for our visit today. Who knew they would have such a variety of treasures! They have some amazing 50s diner style chairs, dining tables, Spanish style armories, paintings, kitchenettes and tons more. There is also a fine selection of iron stars and Texas style farm items. We found some of the artwork from Mexico(maybe?) With the plaques of women’s faces with weird expressions to be unsettling. Go to the very back. You’ll see them on the table. They’re kinda creepy! Pretty much enjoyed our visit.
