Customer service is top notch! The sales staff is very friendly, knowledgable and will take the time to provide good service to each customer. I tried on several pairs of Dansko shoes and finally selected a pair of beautiful sandals. The even had a selection of shoes on clearance, and they were final sales. But they had a great variety of brands and a wide selection of styles, even offering to order anything they didn’t have in stock! Great find in San Antonio

I wanted to buy three pairs of shoes today. Bought one pair. Tall thin lady was a turn off with the disgusted look on her face, she could hurt the sales of this store. I’m going to buy my Birkenstock online from now on.

They offer a big selection of comfortable shoes for people with various foot problems. I’m extremely flat footed and always have problems finding comfortable shoes that still look aesthetically pleasing. They carry a brand called Vionic that I’m in love with! Not all the shoes here are attractive but they sure are comfortable. I would recommend the vionic brand over the other ones.

The sales associates were neither helpful nor knowledgable about their products or their store policies. I was so excited to hear about the Birkenstock General Store, because I have been wanting a pair for years, but I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and the way the associates neither helped me nor acknowledged me in the store. Part of this might be due to my being 30 years younger than their typical client but I still have money to spend, as well as friends to refer.
If you buy from this store, don’t think you will ever be able to return your items. This was the last straw for me at this establishment. Horrible customer service.
From now on my friends and I will buy our Birkentocks online, and you should too.

Good selection of Birks & Chacos but I rarely see any sales here unless you wear a size 11 and bigger.
