Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

Found a baby cockroach at this bill millers. Manager said insects will be out because of summer time and seemed like it was okay that we found this there. Thank god I didn’t finish my food and got my money back! Will not go back to this place again!!!

No good. You pay to much for what they give you if you want bbq go to a real bbq place not bill miller. A rip off.

The food is sooooo good. I ordered 6 brisket tacos and 6 carne guisada tacos. Too many fat pieces. Its really gross when you keep on taking them out of your mouth.

The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever had. I found an eyelash in my food and didn’t expected to get a new plate but I did expect this issue to be brought to management. This cashier did not apologize, she actually didn’t say a word to me as she took my plate. She just left and brought it back. I just stared at the plate she handed me then I stared at her. The only words she spoke to me were «oh I told them to remake the plate». This must happen often to the point of dismissing acknowledgment of how disgusting it is to find hair in your food.

I wish I would have taken a photo of my $ 7.75 plate! The sliced brisket was more like cold chopped brisket, and maybe ¼ cup worth and my beans were cold. The potato salad and the ice tea is good. My husband and son had the chicken, they liked it! My daughters chopped brisket sandwiches and fries were cold and the brisket was chewy. The dining room area needs attention, lots of dirty tables. No military discounts here so that didn’t soften the blow of horrible food! We won’t waste our money here again… very disappointed in this establishment!

They have a hard time with the idea of «lean meat.» I always pay extra for it, but don’t always get it.

Just cuz you open a can of Alpo and add BBQ sauce, that don’t make it BBQ. On the upside, Great sweet tea

Being in Texas picking the BEST Bar B Q restaurant can be as hard as debating if Tex Mex food is truly good! Bill Millers is your company chain serving up everything from Brisket Sandwiches to Fried Chicken Strips! My favorite thing on the menu is their Beef Stew! Nothing like a Beef Soup with vegetables to fill my belly. The serving is just perfect but request that it be topped off with rice, which makes it dangerous! If you want to add on to the madness request a salad to go with it. If you’re in the area for Breakfast, get their Breakfast Brisket Tacos, don’t forget the salsa that spices everything just right! I love their Texas tea so much that I bought their Tumbler to avoid throwing so much styro foam away :)-Cheap refill if you bring it in :)
