Batteries Plus Bulbs

They want you to know that they have bulbs too. Even though their website is BatteriesPlus not BatteriesPlusBulbs. Helpful staff. I found a rare 40W lamp bulb there that wasn’t at HEB or Walmart. Unfortunately they couldn’t replace my Michael Kors ginormous face dress watch battery.

I had a bad experience here twice but I am not one to hold my nose high and never return again. People may not change, but the course of a business can. I own two motorcycles and various watches and musical equipment that require batteries and what better place to purchase them (batteries) than a place that specializes? They even install the battery in your watch while you wait and look around. I know it may not seem like you would be interested in browsing a battery store, but you would be surprised at what cool little things they have. From mega tiny high powered flashlights, to unique lightbulbs and energy saving products. The employee that worked there 9 months ago may no longer be working there as I tend to come here a lot. A lot, lot. The staff is friendlier, more attentive, and courteous. I despise leaving bad reviews because I know that life gets in peoples way and it’s sometimes difficult to leave issues at home. It does not justify putting a business at risk of losing a lot of customers over one complaint over a disgruntled employee, but it is human nature. So this is my update to the negative I had to state in hopes of preventing people with a weaker heart to feel bothered, or hurt, by someone’s rude behavior. Good job batteries plus+

I was a bit angry when I checked in… so, don’t mind the quick tip.
Plain and simple — if you need a battery, no matter the style, they’d probably have it. They also sell light bulbs. Trust me, you’ll hear it from them over and over.
