Shut the front door! I love this location. I shop exclusively with Christopher who is the Tim Gunn of San Antonio. Ask for him, he will set you up!

I agree with the previous review. The service here is lacking. Particularly at checkout in my experience. I attempted pleasant chit chat while my items were being rung up and felt immediate regret for that. I was given the cold shoulder and felt a bit foolish for having attempted friendliness. That is my biggest pet peeve in any situation, to be treated with disdain when I’m just being friendly. I didn’t leave here with a positive feeling and didn’t feel inclined to come back.
That being said, I’ve long been a Banana Republic shopper and they really do have great sales.

Service is lacking here. Never been in this store and thought «wow what great customer service». Most times it’s hard to find anyone to help you. I’m all about customer service. I’ve been raised in the service industry and know that customer service is key. One has to remember that without the customer, you don’t have a business. I think a lot of these corporate stores forget that. Either way, I do like Banana Republic, I like their sales even more, because their regular items can be kind of pricey.
