I have been to a lot of babies R us and this one in my view is the cleanest and most organized. We ordered a glider and it was very easy and every time we come in everyone is very nice and recognize us and make sure everything is going ok. The clearance section is even clean if that says anything! Enjoy!

Dirty and disgusting. Went to shop, and my 3yo had to use the bathroom. The toilet seats were covered in pee, and there was no toilet paper in any stall. Left without buying anything because we went next door to Old Navy to use their bathroom.

You can never avoid babies even when you don’t have one!!! Yes, they are inevitable! They are EVERYWHERE! I’m single with no children but had to shop at Babies R Us a couple of times. Why? That’s b/c there is always someone I know having a baby! First time I came here to buy baby shower gifts for a coworker then I came again to buy baby gifts for my cousin! Guess being single is never rewarded. You pay more taxes and your auto insurance premium is higher. Have you heard of single’s discount? Nope. Just as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, I couldn’t help but wonder why I always had to be the one to celebrate other ppl’s life and buy them gifts simply b/c they got married and had kids but I didn’t. Next time, I will have a baby register at Neiman Marcus for a pair of $ 5000 killer Jimmy Choo b/c they will be my new baby! All joking aside, this Babies R Us gets on my nerves. Things are a bit disorganized. Staff are NOT particularly helpful! Take my second visit for instance, I was trying to find a bigger size for a 3 piece baby clothing set but couldn’t. There was nobody in sight to help me, NONE! So I went to the register and asked the lady if she could send someone. She said OK. 15 mins later, nobody showed up. I went back to the register and asked a different lady. She was annoyed and looked at me like I was crazy. «What do you need help with?!» That’s the response I got. That reads«Why can’t you find it on your own?!» Thanks! I know working at a corporate baby store can be stressful and the little monsters consume you but take it easy! Finally someone came to help me and I didn’t think she knew more about babies than I did. That says a lot about the employees there b/c I really don’t know much about babies at all except for they are cute but can be very annoying at times. Don’t get me wrong, I love kids and would love to have my own later down the road. However, at this point of my life I really have no idea if a 9 months old would still be wearing a onesie or not or what kind of baby bottles to buy! And that’s why I need YOU lady who works here to help me! Anyways, I managed to find what I needed for both trips so I didn’t leave empty handed. They always had some sales going on so the price was actually not bad at all. See, I do have something positive to say. Not sure when I will have to come here again. Hope not too soon. Wait, another coworker is having a baby too! I just can’t seem to catch a break! To quote Justin Bieber«OH, BABYBABYBABYOH»!

I honestly hate shopping here. It’s always a pain to get assistance in this store. And when you do find someone they’re never very friendly. I wouldn’t mind that assistance here is hard to come by if only things were actually where they say they should be! The only time I come here is to buy baby registry items and whenever I try to find things on the list, they are never where they should be or they’re sold out! It can be quite frustrating. I can’t imagine having to come here more often than just once a year to buy something off a baby registry. It would drive me absolutely insane. Plus this place is way overpriced. Why not buy the same things with less headache and at a cheaper price somewhere else. Just doesn’t make sense to come here. Again I only come here when friends/family have their baby shower registry here. Otherwise I avoid this place like the plague. Bad service, understocked, overpriced?! Pass! Next store please!

Maybe I’m not a good person to do this review, because I absolutely without a doubt HATE shopping. When I found out I was pregnant, Babies R Us was definitely my go-to store. Plus this one is the only one near the area I live so of course, I had to go here. It’s seriously the worst store EVER created. There are just TOO many things in such a little area, the aisles are ridiculously small, two carts CANNOT fit down one aisle. The cash registers are ALWAYS packed. I would hate to go here on a weekend, I’m sure it would be overly packed. I’ve only ever gone on my days off or at nights, but even then there’s so many people and there’s lines of people waiting to check out. I personally find this annoying because I have a toddler(which I’m not trying to make excuses, a lot of women who go here have kids with no patience) but waiting in line to check-out for twenty minutes is just NOT going to cut it! Makes me dread ever coming here. Lots of hormonal pregnant women, new moms, veteran moms. not a good time for anyone. I swear, I have to go in there and completely leave my happiness in the car because I know that I’m going to be bumping carts with people, telling people to excuse me and they don’t even move, etc etc. I hate shopping, but this Babies R Us makes me hate shopping even more. I have always tried to shop online for things that I don’t need immediately.

Two words, «call ahead». Make sure the item you are interested in is actually in stock at this location. The website is vast and varied but not all items are available at the store front. During slow times, just the customer service line is open instead of a check out lane, which will mean a wait if you end up behind a customer returning an item. They have great sales on clothing although I have yet to indulge in the many options of hot pink and ruffled ensembles for baby girls. I saw swim suits for under $ 10 although as far as a newborn goes, nothing is cuter than going topless in a swim diaper so I passed on the suits. There is a ‘Mother’s Room’ for nursing mamas, great to know if you happen to be in the area. BRU Mother’s Room is like an oasis for a hungry baby, keep that in mind if you happen to be in this complex and the babe gets fussy. There is select parking for expecting moms and new moms, perfect when lugging around a newborn in a carrier after having had major surgery and trying to make it through a 100 plus degree day! Hold on to that coupon book they give you at check out, there are some deals in there!

My husband and I went there for the first time tonight… They had friendly staff who were of great help, plus large selections of anything baby. I will be visiting this store again!

This store, obviously, is one of many in a large national chain. However, I want to review them because I’ve been visiting them for a while to help me with my ‘being a mom’ needs. When we first started visiting, I was disappointed several times at the lack of knowledge some of the employees had about their products. For example, one of their employees told me that ANY crib sheets would work with the bassinet my hubby and I were considering buying. What I found out later that night(online) was that this brand of bassinet required special sheets — no crib or bassinet sheets by anyone else would work. But, as time has gone by, I’ve noticed a large improvement, which has culminated into me writing this positive review. I was in this store this week and was very impressed to see them training a new cashier. Not only was she taught the basics, but she was shown non-basic things too — like a woman with multiple coupons. It was nice to know that even the new cashiers can handle things like that, so many places don’t these days. As for their inventory — it’s usually one of the better places to go in the area if you need it now. They also have an online store, too. The employees also seem to be better prepared — several times I’ve been directed to a different store to at least be able to acquire the knowledge/item that I need. All in all — a solid store to get the baby items that you need.
