Seriously JCrew… No one greeted us nor offered to help while we were in the store. The money we spent at your competitors was yours but your customer service was absent.

I went into the store to return some items that I bought online. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that they charged me for the returned items instead of returning them! I got home and realized the mistake. I called the store and they were able to fix the mistake over the phone. Very helpful!

I’ve been a fan of J Crew because I dig the style and the service of the store. I will admit some of their items can be pricey especially their t-shirts. I like the La Cantera location because it carries there children’s line called Crew Cuts. They do have complementary style service which I haven’t checked out yet. J Crew also gives educator discounts.

I love Tucker and Bernie! I come in for the sizes 12 and 14 and they make it happen, in a size 0 world no less! They are the best personal shoppers in the business. Make an appointment or ask for them in the store. I ended up buying an interview outfit and one for my upcoming summer vacation.

To follow up on my previous review, I’d like to add an extra star(though I don’t know why that wasn’t already there) and recommend being styled and assisted by an absolutely fabulous person. The name is Tucker. He is the cutest man with the best of taste, and on top of all that, he is immensely helpful and knows just what to do. In this particular instance, I was shopping for a few different outfits. There was a dress that I absolutely loved, but I was unable to find my size out on the floor. I asked Tucker if they happen to have other sizes in the back, and he paged the back room coordinator to see if they had what I needed. The back room coordinator was unable to find it in their current stock, but was sure that they had just received this size in that dress in their new shipment. And then what happened? These guys went through their entire unopened new shipment to make sure they found that dress, and I left with it. I found this to be the most helpful thing in the world! The entire time I was there, and every single time that I am there, I was greeted and helped. Tucker made sure I liked what I was getting, and even gave me his own suggestions. He’s helped me before, too, and has been the greatest, so this review was inevitable. Woo, J. Crew!

I love J. Crew for various different reasons. This store especially because of the staff. I always go in looking for something specific, and Tucker sees eye to eye with me. He is very helpful and knowledgable. At first I thought he would just try and sell me anything but after a few times of him talking me out of a few items, I knew he wasn’t. Yes this place is expensive, but the quality is superior to other stores. I was told they do personal shopping for free, but never have taken anyone up on that.

I wrote off J Crew many years ago after their prices sky rocketed. They used to be close to the Gap both in price and look, but one day the store seemed to get pretentious and annoying and triple their prices. A few weeks ago, I decided to give the store another try after seeing a wonderful top online. I am so glad I did. The sale section here for women is large and well organized. I found several items for less than $ 15 each and liked the feeling of not having buyers remorse after leaving the store with my purchases. I have also found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind. They also have a complimentary personal shopping service which I have yet to use but am intrigued by the concept. If you had written off J Crew like I did, I’d give it another try, if not for their sale goods.
