I love Bungalow 09! I moved in, in August 2014, and have really enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly, Kameron is the BEST! Typical apartment living issues, but nothing over the top that’s unbearable. The finishes in my designer apartment are modern, I get compliments all the time on my floors and backsplash. No issues with maintenance, anytime I place a service request it gets completed on a timely manner. The location is central with easy access to 410 and 281. If it wasn’t for my job transfer I would have renewed for longer than 6 months. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This place is horrible for the price they charge. I know it’s Alamo heights, but geez. Homeless people live by the train tracks right by the complex. The maintenance here is a joke. Been in my apartment for a while now, and half my stove still doesn’t work. I transferred from one apartment to another, called cps to move utilities over, and cps tells me that the complex cancelled request? I didn’t find out until this complex wanted to charge me an extra fee for it. This place is frustrating. If you can find somewhere else to live in Alamo heights, please do!
